I was very impressed with how quickly the staff responded to my requests. Considering the location and quality, the price was exceptionally good value and I was very satisfied. Not only is it within walking distance of Tenjin and Yakuin, but there is a subway station and bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it's really convenient and comfortable.

Location. 5 mins walk to subway station, 10 minutes walk to Tenjin shopping area. Many restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is good size for 2 of us. Not very spacious but not crampy, we were able to open both our luggage. Staff were friendly and helped with calling taxi to airport. Provided extra pillows upon request.

The hotel is located in a perfect commercial area. It is very close to everything but not noisy. It has good facilities and spacious rooms. Parking could be a bit expensive if you need to drive. Besides, we forgot our bag with some important stuff at the airport. The young lady at the reception really tried hard and patiently to help us (for 1 hour probably). Finally we successfully found the bag with her help. I want to so thank you very much and the service was perfect!

The location is convenient and quiet. The facilities and suppliers for baby are also adequate. The room is clean and spacious and the staff is helpful , overall a nice stay

Location is perfect, the hotel is close to Tenjin where you can almost get everything and eat everything. Parking is a bit tricky, you may need to unload everything off your vehicle as it is not a common parking area. They do have a weight in the lobby which is very user friendly, we managed to weigh all our luggages prior to our flight check in.

The facilities - they provided guest with essentials and so much more, the size of the room - you will have ample size to pack/unpack your luggage, and the service was amazing too.

Location just beside subway and walking distance to Tenjin area, alot shopping mall. Stay 3 nights there best deal, book few months early, average ¥11000+ per night without breakfast, Family Mart and 7-11 just beside and opposite hotel.

The location was great for us. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied. We found 2 excellent restaurants within 10 minutes walk of hotel. Kiyonari for tempura, etc., and F/Conceot for some of the freshest sashimi ever! When I called reception to ask for a 2nd pillow, they brought one up quickly!
